Shawnee Specialties has been serving our customers needs for over 30 years and is an Aluminum, Zinc and ZA-8 custom die cast company.  Our manufacturing facility is approximately 36,000 square feet and we currently employ 48 people. We specialize in small to medium die-castings from a few ounces to over one pound. We supply customers in a broad range of industries such as appliances, automotive, escalators, fluid transfer, electrical outlet covers, veteran grave nameplates and the military to name a few. We are an ISO certified, sole source supplier for all of your die cast and die cast-related needs. We supply all die cast related services such as wet & powder coat paint, anodize, alodine, vibratory & tumble de-burring, plating, assembly, pad printing, silk screening, prototyping, in-house thermal de-burring and machining. Our engineering department utilizes CAD for die design and we can accept and transmit electronic data.

A few of our customers that you may recognize are Gentex, Montgomery Elevator/Escalator, Magnavox, A-M General, and Whirlpool Corporation. We have been given many awards by Whirlpool and our other customers for quality and on time delivery, we average over 3.5 million castings sold to Whirlpool Corporation each year and from 1995 through today we have had zero parts per million (PPM) with them. Our (PPM) plant wide is considered "world class" by industry standards. One particular area of our company that we are proud of is our diversification; we purposely do not get too heavily invested in any one industry, this allows us to give the type of attention and service that all of our customers expect and are entitled to.
