Joyce is a retired school secretary from BH Area Schools.  She has been a member of the BCGS for about 5-6 years and has been working on her genealogy or about 6 years.  She became interested in genealogy when a cousin gave her a history of her Schaefer family back to 1753 that someone had compiled.  Her favorite genealogy experience: “Anytime I can actually find the name of another grandparent...and attending the FEEFHS conference in St. Paul.”
