General InformationRelay for Life is an exciting, community based fundraising program developed by the American Cancer Society. Participants from all walks of life including patients, medical staff, church organizations and community volunteers get together to form groups which, as a team, raise money. Relay is centered on one night where all the teams and members get together as a community to support the fight against cancer. Berrien County Relay for Life is a fun activity which all ages can enjoy. Many youth organizations help raise money and participate in the Relay overnight walking. Besides walking, and being on a team, there are many other additional ways to assist The Relay For Life. Ask how you can help set up tents or participate in the cleanup crew and help plan or help in activities during the Relay. Another way to contribute is to simply show up at the Relay and support your friends and family and honor your loved ones.
